MY RECRUITS PLAYER SPOTLIGHT: Cassell Wiggins

Wiggins is a dual-threat, southpaw QB with a high football IQ, throwing for 19 TD’s and 0 INT’s in a 5 game senior season. He is fluid in the pocket with anticipation for developing routes, and showcases a strong ability to evade pressure and make plays on his feet or through the air. He shows the ability to hit all 3 levels of throws with velocity or touch, and responds well under pressure. He would fit ideally in a spread/west coast offensive scheme. 

A hardworking kid from head to toe, Wiggins maintains a 4.0 GPA and has been on the Honor Roll all 4 years of high school. He is a 3 sport standout and a highly touted basketball player as well. He holds an excellent relationship with his coaches and teammates and his athleticism combined with his character and intelligence really separates him from competition. Wiggins is a newly acquired prospect of the My Recruits platform and has recently picked up an offer from Dakota State.
