  • "My Recruits is unlike any other recruiting service. They have a very thorough process that they fully explain to families. Coach Lou told us exactly what to do to maximize our son’s exposure to coaches and make the best of the recruiting process. It’s a team project with My Recruits and the Athlete’s Family but the great thing is that whenever you get to a point where you don’t know what to do next they coach you through the process. This personal contact was vital to us as the recruiting world was completely new to us. His website is full of resources that are very precise and easy to understand. He has systematized the recruiting process according to the athlete’s age and graduation year. There is a step by step process that the player and his family have to complete for maximum success. But you never feel like you are on your own to figure things out. Coach Perrone also has a unique understanding of the recruiting business. He has a very good relationship with a lot of the college coaches that actively recruit in Arizona and in other states. Peronne urges his players to choose a place that will develop the whole individual and will make their college experience successful. He thinks not only about football but about best preparing the student athlete for the rest of their life. Unlike the bigger recruiting services which we tried, Perrone built a great relationship with our family and through that relationship he guided us based on what was important for us as parents and our athlete. Peronne also helps students by sifting through all the showcases, camps, and combines to determine what was best for us to attend and what not to waste time and money on. He knows what coaches will be there and the value for these events. Ultimately, we don’t think we would have had anywhere near the success we had recruiting without Coach Perrone. We never could have done it without him."
