My Recruits Player Spotlight: Brandon Craddock

One of the best Linebackers in the state of Arizona coming in at 6’0” 210lb. Brandon has functional strength that is a big time game changer and can make plays sideline to sideline that excels in a 4-3 or 3-3 defense. His football IQ and play recognition elevates him as he is a legit FBS level talent. He’s strong at the POA and a very effective tackler with a good strike to finish off opponents. Strong ability to shed or overpower blocks to quickly put himself into position to make a play. A natural leader that holds teammates accountable, and is well trusted by his coaching staff. He’s seeking a school with a solid scheme fit and a strong culture to establish strong relationships with coaches and teammates. 

Brandon has a strong Christian background and a drive to succeed in the classroom, on the field, and in life. Awarded the 2020 6A Southwest Region “Defensive Player of The Year” as well as being an Ed Doherty award nominee. He had an impressive performance at the Northern State camp in July of 2020. Northern State Defensive Coach Jake Iery said “He is one of the more impressive inside backers I’ve seen in the last few years”. Brandon currently holds an FCS offer from Morgan State. He has been drawing serious interest from numerous Ivy League programs such as Yale, Brown, Princeton, Columbia, and Cornell as well as Big Sky and Mountain West teams. Craddock is an excellent student that maintains a 4.0 GPA and was awarded 2020 1st Team AZPreps 365 All-Academic Team.
