Talent will Always Shine!! That’s what everyone kept Telling Anthony Corona, the 6’2 205 LB Safety from Wilmot HS in Wisconsin. Anthony had an amazing junior season for Wilmot and his Film Definitely Jumped out at you One FCS Coach Said “Explosiveness & Quickness are Rare in Long Defensive Athletes and this guy has Both”. Corona has been working with Coach Perrone from My Recruits for slightly less than 3 Months and he adds “Anthony was very impatient when he first came on board with n0 offers but I explained to him he was too good for it to stay that way And indeed it was”. Corona planned out the camp scene and got on the road and the explosiveness and quickness that everyone’s been talking about was able to be seen live in person. Corona Attended Camps at Lindenwood and NIU amongst others and started to catch some eyes fast. Coronas First Offer Came on 5/5 from a Very Solid D-2 Concordia St Paul where coach Mike Bond said “I’m not afraid to be first!! Sometimes you need to show these guys you want them! No Excuses”.
Soon to Follow the CSP Offer we’re a Handful of Great D-2 Schools! Corona in the next 4 weeks received offers from: Minnesota State and Bemidji state Then as Fast as that happened Corona got his First D-1 in Valparaiso University in Indiana! We Told you So! Coach Rohaly of My Recruits says “He is the perfect player and sadly overlooked! He has great athleticism, length, moves quite well, and has amazing game sense which will make him a big time player at the next level”. Following the Valparaiso offer and camps, Corona quickly Received 4 great D-1 offers to St Thomas in Minnesota as well as Southern Illinois and SEMO!! And Most Recently, Northern Illinois. Lots of FBS schools are joining the party, especially the University of Kansas in which Corona is in heavy contact with. Coaches are recruiting him heavily as a linebacker! Even though he can Run like a Safety! Coaches love this defensive monster and you can bank on Thats!! Anthony Corona has hit the recruiting scene with a vengeance stay tuned go ahead!!
