Brad Young
This Former D1 TE/WR turned QB, is turning heads!! Young A tight end originally out of Centennial high school who played his first season of college at Portland State had announced his return to football last year as a quarterback! Young had attended Minnesota CTC during the Covid year when The 6’3” 210lb QB really learned the QB position! Brad has been taught and trained by Coach Hal Mumme and Coach Donovan Mcnabb. Young has 4.7 second 40 yard, 255lbs bench, 315lbs squat and a 355lbs deadlift. Young attended Millennium High School in 2015-2019. He then went on to play at Centennial High School for his last year, graduating in 2020. Young broke the Juco record for longest passing touchdowns.
Young has drive and determination across all fields. During Young’s offseason, he focuses on his school work to stay on schedule. Young also began training with Donovan Mcnabb which has been great in developing his skills as a quarterback. Young has also trained with Kawika Henderson at Golden Titan and Dr. Jordan McSweeney at SvS Physical Therapy. Young also attended the Donovan Mcnabbs QB Camp. When faced with adversity and pressure, Young never feels the pressure in situations of that nature. In times where he walks on the field during those times, he keeps his composure and is a leader. Young uses these situations as fuel that allows him to find more motivation.
When it comes to school, Young is still looking for a home. He has made many relationships from his old school and learn from Stan Bedwell and Hal Mumme who helped him guide his way through his return back to quarterback. Young has eyes from Coach Fred T. Farrier from Alabama A&M, Coach Matthew McCarrol from Butler University S well as Kansas Wesleyan, Redlands, Whittier and Dakota State. Young main objective when looking for a school is a good fit and education.
