SUBSCRIPTION FEES, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

SUBSCRIPTION FEES WHEN APPLICABLE.

CLIENT SHALL PAY FOR ALL SUBSCRIPTION FEES, AND HEREBY AUTHORIZES MY RECRUITS (AND ITS PAYMENT PROCESSORS) TO DEBIT CLIENT’S BANK ACCOUNT OR CHARGE CLIENT’S CREDIT CARD. THE CLIENT AGREES THAT ALL SUBSCRIPTIONS ARE RECURRING AND WILL RENEW AUTOMATICALLY. 

CANCELLATION POLICY.

CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT ALL SUBSCRIPTION FEES ARE CHARGED AUTOMATICALLY ON A RECURRING BASIS UNTIL THE CLIENT CANCELS THEIR CHANNEL SUBSCRIPTION. THE CLIENT MAY CANCEL THEIR SUBSCRIPTION BY LOGGING INTO THEIR ACCOUNT, CLICKING “VIEW OR CANCEL PLANS” LINK UNDER BILLING, AND CLICKING THE “CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION” LINK UNDER THE PLAN YOU WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL . 

REFUNDS.

ALL SERVICES & SUBSCRIPTIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE; NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.  THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR PARTIAL MONTHS OF SERVICE, UPGRADE/DOWNGRADE REFUNDS, OR REFUNDS FOR MONTHS UNUSED WITH AN OPEN ACCOUNT. IN ORDER TO TREAT EVERYONE EQUALLY, NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. 

ALL SUBSCRIPTIONS WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW AFTER THE END OF EACH PAID SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD. AS SUCH, ALL PLANS WILL CONTINUE TO BE CHARGED UNLESS CANCELATION HAS BEEN REQUESTED BEFORE THE NEXT PAYMENT DATE. FURTHERMORE, MY RECRUITS  DOES NOT OFFER PRORATED REFUNDS FOR CANCELED SUBSCRIPTIONS. ALL SUBSCRIPTIONS ARE RECURRING AND WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW AFTER THE END OF EACH PAID SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD.

Right to refuse service.

My Recruits reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff
